We represent your interests from early feasibility and consultant selection through approvals, procurement and construction oversight. Our role is to bring clarity and structure to complex decisions, reduce risk, and protect quality and commercial outcomes throughout the build. Strategy, Feasibility & Project Roadmap
We start by understanding the project objectives, constraints and priorities, then provide a clear advisory roadmap tailored to the property and your goals. This includes early risk identification, feasibility guidance and defining the right sequence of actions.
Consultant Selection & Coordination
We assist with identifying and selecting the tailor-made specialist consultants for your project, based on capability, suitability and experience in premium residential work. We help compare fee proposals, clarify scope, and ensure consultants are engaged under well-defined terms.
Approvals & Documentation Readiness (DA Support)
We guide the approvals strategy to reduce uncertainty and keep the project moving. Working alongside the design team and planner, we help identify constraints early (including heritage considerations if applicable) and support the preparation of information required for DA submissions.
Procurement & Builder Selection
We support a structured procurement approach that protects quality and reduces commercial risk. This includes builder shortlisting, tender process guidance, comparing submissions, clarifying inclusions/exclusions, and identifying anomalies.
Contract & Commercial Risk Review (Advisory)
Before contracts are executed, we review key delivery and commercial risk areas such as scope gaps, allowances, exclusions, programme assumptions, and variation exposure. We provide practical recommendations to improve clarity and control.
Construction Oversight, Reporting & Handover Support
During execution, we provide independent client-side oversight at agreed milestones, supporting communication across builder and consultants and helping protect sequencing and quality. We assist with progress claim and variation reviews (advisory), and support practical completion and handover to ensure close-out items and documentation are properly managed.
